A watch that has stopped is rarely broken beyond repair. More often it needs a battery, a seal, or a service it hasn't had in a decade. We handle quartz and mechanical watches at our Downtown Atlanta workshop, with most routine work completed the same day.
What we do
- Battery replacement with gasket inspection and water resistance testing
- Band and bracelet sizing, link removal, and pin replacement
- Strap and bracelet replacement in leather, metal, and rubber
- Crystal replacement and scratch removal
- Mechanical and automatic movement service and regulation
- Crown, stem, and pusher repair
- Case and bracelet refinishing
- Clasp repair and replacement
How it works
We open the case, identify what's actually wrong, and quote you before proceeding. A battery change takes minutes. A full mechanical service — disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, reassembly, and regulation — takes longer and is worth doing roughly every five years on a watch you wear regularly.
Work is done on site by our own technicians, so your watch doesn't disappear into a shipping envelope for three weeks. Every battery replacement includes a gasket check, because a battery swap without resealing is how water gets in.
Please note that we only accept watches that can be verified as genuine.
Common questions
My watch is water resistant. Does that survive a battery change? Only if the gaskets are inspected and the case is resealed properly. We test after every battery service.
How many links can be removed from a bracelet? It depends on the design, but most metal bracelets have adjustment on both sides of the clasp. Bring the watch in and we'll size it to your wrist while you wait.
My automatic watch runs fast or slow. Is that fixable? Usually. Regulation is a normal part of service, and drift often signals it's due.
Can you engrave the case back? Yes — see our custom engraving page.
