What we do
- Sizing up or down in gold (10k, 14k, 18k, 22k), sterling silver, and platinum
- Full shank replacement for worn or thinning bands
- Sizing beads and adjustable inserts for larger knuckles
- Re-rounding bent or misshapen bands
- Eternity and channel-set rings, where sizing requires resetting stones
- Finish restoration so the seam is invisible
How it works
We measure your finger, assess the band's construction and stone setting, and quote you before any work begins. Simple sizing on a plain or lightly set band is often finished while you wait. Eternity bands, tension settings, and rings with heat-sensitive stones such as opal, emerald, or pearl take longer, because they require laser work and careful stone protection.
Twelve jewelers work on site, so your ring never leaves the building. Every resize is finished with a professional cleaning and polish at no extra charge, and our workmanship is warranted for 30 days.
Common questions
How much can a ring be sized? Most rings move comfortably up or down about two sizes. Beyond that we usually recommend a new shank, which is often stronger than stretching the original metal.
Will the resize be visible? No. We finish and polish the joint so the band reads as one continuous piece.
Can you size a ring with stones all the way around? Yes, though eternity bands require partial disassembly and resetting. We'll walk you through the options at your appointment.
